NEW RELEASE AND GIVEAWAY OF "CHIEF OF THIEVES" by STEVE KOHLHAGEN

I've been gratified by the reception for Chief of Thieves this week. Reviews, support, the whole ball of wax. Writing is great fun. Getting it out there, gratifying. Knowing that others enjoy the work is better than not!

Now i'm getting "Will this be a trilogy?" Turns out i can't answer that for anybody who hasn't read the book---it gives too much about the ending away!  ;-)

Speaking of giving it away, we're giving away a signed copy of Chief of Thieves to one person who comments on this blog. All you have to do is leave a comment, and presto! You have a possible gift with no downside.

Thanks to all for your support.

Chief of Thieves, Sunstone Press, is now available at Barnes & Noble and Amazon.

  1. Hey Steve, I have said it before, this looks like a good read and I like the cover.
I agree with you on possibly keeping the story going to a series.
I am currently doing that with one of my stories. I have written sequels to two of my books and most likely will do others but it is hard to do, as you say, without giving away the ending.
    The best to you.

  3. Steve, looks like a very interesting story! I really do love that cover, too. I admire anyone who can write series--to me, that's one of the hardest things to do and do well. We will have to just wait and see what happens with this one, won't we? LOL

    Congratulations!

  5. It looks to be a great read, Steve. A trilogy sounds great, but a series allows you to go on indefinitely and keep shaping the story. I would keep going if you can.

  11. If the next chapter in the story is anything like the enjoyable and entertaining "Where They Bury You," then I will have to find time for binge reading! Kudos for keeping the story alive (even if Cummings is dead?). I look forward to the book tour.

    1. No choice! At the very least, we have to listen to our characters---at least those who survive! Thanks, Scott! swk
