  6. I am simultaneously shocked and honored to be a finalist – especially among such distinguished writers. And to think I submitted my story, “Father Pedro’s Prayer,” to the anthology, “The Untamed West,” at the last moment because I didn’t think it was good enough. Congratulations to all of the finalists.
